We were given the assignment of developing a Human Resource Software Mobile App, a mobile extension of their HRPlace Software which was successfully developed, launched and is extensively used by the onsite/field staff for Employee onboarding, Run Payroll, Leave management, Claims Management, Appraisal Management, Salary Taxation system and etc.
KEY CHALLENGES
The Users has to be facilitated with ultra streamlined Userinterface to control and management all elements and modules that were already existed in the live HRPlace application.
They would be input tasks and all other things that usually they do in web application. This was an direct method of task input for the individual raising an command or required to input a command to make application perform its action.
OUR SOLUTIONS
Using the HRPlace Android and IOS Mobile App, the users could perform and input task to application without any security issues on his Phone from anywhere.
The input was directly received on the HRPlace web application System on the Server with all the parameters affecting perfectly as expected in the Enterprise System.
OUR METHODOLOGY
The project was developed using Agile Methodology with Scrum, test driven approach was followed.

The compliance process was followed in a systematic manner using the HRPlace Mobile App as the information was available instantly to the user with all elementary
notifications respetively.
Improve Efficiency :
If any problem was reported in the mobile based assessment, it was immediately acted upon for rectification of the issue. Thus, avoiding any communication related
issues with the employees and improve efficiency in the process.
Data Analysis :
Since, the data was saved to the HRplace System on the server, it was available for generating any kind of the historic assessment reports over a period of years.
